This framework describes the "Sage" as the part of your mind that embodies wisdom, compassion, and clear-headed thinking. Its five powers help you build mental fitness:

2. The Herb Sage (Botanical & Spiritual Benefits)
The herb Salvia officinalis (garden sage) and Salvia apiana (white sage) have various uses and benefits:
